~Union Trust Bank - site at 801 Central Avenue. An 8-story, 386-unit apartment building with 28,500 Square Feet of commercial space

~The Galaxy Hotel - at 316 1st Street North will have 100 rooms in an 11-story building and 2,000 Square Feet of ground floor retail space

~Regent Lane - 20 luxury townhomes at 141 4th Avenue North

~Secrets of the Sea Marine Exploration Center and Aquarium - a consortium of the USF College of Marine Services, the US Coast Guard and NOAA. Featuring 11 exhibits and a 3D theater in 11,000 Square Feet

 The James Museum of American and Western Art at 100 Central Avenue
